All cheques should be crossed and made payable to Lorraine Duffy

 A 10% deposit is required PRIOR to workshop this is to secure your place

To ensure a quality service, numbers will be limited to a maximum of 10 per session

If you have a disability or special needs please inform prior to booking.

When booking please enter your full name as you would like it to appear on your certificate

All workshops will include a presentation binder with lecture notes and a certificate of attendance

Cancellations:

Due to the preperation time and costs involved in the workshops please note: 

Cancellations within 48 hours - Half the workshop fee will be refunded

Cancellations less than 48 hours - No refunds will be offered

Mobile Phones - Must remain off during workshops

Animals - Pet Education 4 U, would appreciate that all delegates leave their pets at home as, models are used for demonstration purposes, this is to ensure that  pets are not put  under any stress.
